This morning you travel towards Bled. On the way,
stop at the picturesque Slovene town of Breice for a
tour of a 16
th century castle built by the Habsburgs.
Upon arrival in Bled, you will have an afternoon tour
including a traditional pletna ride on Lake Bled to the
iconic 15th century church. Tonight, enjoy dinner at
Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake.

On todays full-day excursion, discover Slovenias
enchanting alpine region. Passing through Kranjska
Gora, you travel to the highest Slovene mountain
pass where you marvel at the beautiful scenery of
the Julian Alps. The journey continues through the
Trenta Valley, and after lunch in the small town of
Bovec, the road will take you back to Bled for an

This morning you depart for Ljubljana. Start your day
with a walking tour of the Slovenian capital and its
Old Town. You will also take a funicular to Ljubljana
Castle to admire the stunning views over the town.
You have free time in the afternoon before dinner at

OPATIJA
From Ljubljana, you continue to Postojna, home of
one of Europes largest subterranean cave systems,
where you will have a guided tour. You will also visit
nearby Predjama Castle, then travel to the exclusive
resort town of Opatija, former Riviera of the Austrio-
Hungarian aristocracy. After check-in, you will have a
walking tour and dinner at a local restaurant.

Today you will tour the Istrian Peninsula and its
medieval towns that still retain their Venetian
heritage. First, drive along the peninsulas coast to
ancient Pula which was founded over 3,000 years
ago and see its famous amphitheatre. Then travel to
'picture-book' Rovinj where you will have a tour of
the Old Town and Church of Saint Euphemia. After
lunch at a local restaurant, return to Opatija for a

After breakfast, your coach will take you on a scenic
drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO
World Heritage Site. Take a walking tour and admire
the breathtaking scenery of sixteen terraced lakes
connected by cascading waterfalls. The afternoon is
free to further explore this magnificent park,
followed by dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight
at Hotel Jezero or similar, located a few minutes

Depart Plitvice and drive through ever-changing
landscapes as you travel to Trogir. En route, stop at
a winery in provincial Brbich where you will taste
excellent local wines. Arrive in Trogir for a
sightseeing tour of this ancient artistic centre, then
experience typical Dalmatian food at one of Trogirs

of Split for a tour that will include the historic Old

This morning you set sail for Brac, stopping en route
in the beautiful horse-shoe bay of Makarska which
is surrounded by the Biokovo Mountains. Lunch is

You depart after breakfast and cruise towards to the
island of Hvar, the longest, sunniest and most popular
island known for its moderate climate and lovely
lavender fields. On arrival, you will have a walking
tour of Hvar Town, a labyrinth of narrow streets
beneath the towns fortress that is rich in historical

This morning you cruise to the island of Korcula.
After lunch on board and a stop for swimming, you
arrive for a guided tour of Korculas beautiful Old
Town, its mighty fortress and impressive city walls.

Today you depart Korcula and travel to the island of
Mljet. Enjoy a swim and lunch aboard, whilst
relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the
eastern Adriatic. Upon arrival, take an optional visit
to picturesque Mljet National Park, then be treated

Today, admire the views, socialise with your new
friends and be served lunch as you cruise to
Dubrovnik. On arrival, you will have an afternoon
tour of medieval Dubrovnik, listed by UNESCO as a
world heritage site. Your tour of the Old Town
includes visits to the cathedral and Franciscan
Monastery which houses Europes third oldest
pharmacy. Enjoy a free evening for your own
activities, such as a romantic stroll along
Dubrovniks wall that encircles the city. (B, L)
Today, travel by coach to the Republic of
Montenegro. First you will visit ancient Budva, also
listed by UNESCO, and tour its Romanesque
cathedral. A boxed lunch will be provided as you
travel along the lovely Bay of Kotor where you will
have a city tour. After a full-day excursion, return to

discovering the charms of Dubrovnik at your leisure,
do some final shopping, or relax aboard your ship
